Export Finance Australia has today been recognised by WRK+ as number 5 of Best Places to Work 2021 for organisations with more than 100 employees.

Export Finance Australia has today been recognised by WRK+ as number 5 of Best Places to Work 2021 for organisations with more than 100 employees.
Managing Director and CEO of Export Finance Australia, Ms Swati Dave, said WRK+ acknowledged the important work that Export Finance Australia was delivering as part of an employee engagement strategy.
“Our people come together to ensure we deliver on our purpose, which is to play an impactful role in financing Australia’s export and interests,” Ms Dave said.“
Our focus has been on our people in what’s been an incredibly demanding and challenging year. For that reason, we focused on supporting our people to learn, grow and succeed.
We have developed coaching and leadership programs for all leaders to enable strong teams. Our 12-week women’s group coaching is training many future female leaders to ensure we close the gender gap.
“Over the past year, we have prioritised our people’s wellbeing while we’ve become accustomed to working from home for extended periods in some cities.
“We have also stepped up our communication and delivered a number of engagement activities to keep us all connected.
”We are delighted that our employee engagement strategy has been recognised by WRK+ and I look forward to celebrating this great achievement with everyone.”
The Best Places to Work study provided organisations the opportunity to demonstrate their people and culture strategy, the value of employee engagement and to promote the importance of career development. The awards were assessed by a people survey which provided WRK+ a better understanding of employees’ views, and culture insights audit to understand the polices, programs and practices underpinning the organisation.
