Swati Dave is an experienced senior banking executive and non-executive director with an established track record of successfully leading and growing complex P&L businesses in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Swati has over 30 years’ banking and finance experience across a number of sectors including infrastructure, energy and utilities, renewable energy and property. She has held senior positions at National Australia Bank, Deutsche Bank, AMP Henderson Global Investors, Bankers Trust and Westpac.
Swati currently serves on the boards of State Super and Asia Society Australia. She has served as a former director of Australian Hearing, Great Western Bancorp Inc. (USA) and the NAB Wealth Responsible Entity Boards.
Swati holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.

Stuart is responsible for the Finance, Information Technology, Treasury and Risk Transfer functions. He has over 40 years’ experience in banking and finance having started his career as a graduate at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Since then, Stuart has worked for a number of global investment banks and prior to joining Export Finance Australia, he worked for eight years in Australia with Chase Manhattan Bank and JP Morgan Chase, where his roles included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

John is Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Export Finance Australia where he has responsibility for Legal and Operations function of the organisation. He also has responsibility for managing governance and regulatory compliance for the Export Finance Australia Board.
John has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, focussed primarily in the finance and corporate sectors. Prior to joining Export Finance Australia, John held various senior executive positions at Westpac, Goodman Group and National Australia Bank in Sydney, London and New York.

John Pacey is responsible for Export Finance Australia’s credit and market risk management framework, including transaction approvals, the management of exposure levels and the overall portfolio risk profile. He also manages Export Finance Australia’s Technical and Environmental Risk Assessment, Portfolio Management and Economics teams.
John has over 20 years experience in credit management. Prior to joining Export Finance Australia, John was Country Portfolio Manager & Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he worked from 1987. In this role he had credit responsibility for the corporate and financial institutions portfolios in Australia and New Zealand. Other roles at Bank of America included Country Portfolio Manager, Thailand and Vice President, Special Assets Group based in Indonesia.
Chief Customer Officer – Project & Structured FinanceAppointed: 2019

John is a highly experienced project finance banker with over 27 years’ experience in corporate and investment banking.
Prior to joining Export Finance Australia, John held senior roles at Credit Agricole, Bank of America and UBS where he was responsible for leading the financing of complex infrastructure, energy and mining projects, both in Australia and internationally.
John also has extensive government experience and has consulted to Commonwealth Government departments and Government Business Enterprises (GBEs) as a commercial and financial advisor on major projects. John was engaged by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to establish the Infrastructure and Project Financing Agency (IPFA), acting as Interim CEO for six months. John also advised the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) on the establishment and operation of the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP).
John is a non-executive Investment Committee member at Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC).
Chief Customer Officer – SMEAppointed: 2019

Greg was appointed Chief Customer Officer – SME in October 2019 and is responsible for establishing and executing Export Finance’s business origination strategy for small enterprises through to mid-market businesses.
Greg has more than 25 years’ experience in banking and finance, most recently having spent 21 years at Macquarie Bank where he held senior positions in the business bank across a variety of origination, risk management and operational roles. He has a strong track record of providing an excellent client experience in delivering unique solutions to his clients.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Victoria is Chief Human Resources Officer at Export Finance Australia where she has responsibility for the Human Resources function. The team is accountable for delivering leading people practices to attract, develop and retain Export Finance employees, whilst ensuring the business has the right capabilities and culture to deliver on its strategy.
Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, focused primarily in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Export Finance Australia, Victoria held various senior leadership positions at nbn, QBE, Perpetual, ANZ and ING. She has a track record of building high performance workplaces and achieved external recognition as Australia’s Employer of Choice award at both ING and QBE.
