The primary purpose of the Business Analyst role is to drive the development and enhancement of our key business platforms, collaborating closely with our development team and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into functional user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and business solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Position description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements
related to platform enhancements and customisations. - Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise business specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Work closely with technical business analysts, developers and technical leads to design, configure, and customise technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Support and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support to end users on platform functionality and best practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure problems are addressed and resolved.
- Continuously monitor and assess platform performance, identifying areas for optimisation and enhancement.
About you
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with one or more project manager methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Demonstrated experience of successful delivery of complex projects, including business analysis and process improvement.
- Business or Corporate banking/finance experience.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements, scope, and constraints, and identify potential areas of improvement or optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are met, and project outcomes are achieved.
- Ability to deliver complex business analysis projects, with a focus on improving efficiency and driving business growth
- nCino platform knowledge an advantage.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and escalate when appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Strong problem-solving.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
