The primary purpose of the Test Analyst role is to design, execute and maintain test cases to ensure platform quality and functionality. You will collaborate closely with our business analysts, development team, and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in identifying defects, verifying fixes, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and business solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Position description
- Analyse requirements, user stories to create detailed test cases.
- Define test scenarios for functional, regression, integration and system testing.
- Develop test plans, test scripts and test data based on functional requirements.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify defects and ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects/issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance testing efficiency through automation or process improvements.
- Script maintenance to support agile changes in the platform.
- Provide ongoing support to end users on platform functionality and best practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure problems are addressed and resolved.
- Continuously monitor and assess platform performance, identifying areas for optimisation and enhancement.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with testing management tool and defect tracking tool such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
- 3+ years of experience in CRM / Origination / Servicing platform testing.
- Business or Corporate banking/finance experience is preferred.
- Experience across software testing processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems, scope, and constraints, and identify potential areas of improvement or optimisation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, business stakeholders, to ensure that test requirements are met, and outcomes are achieved.
- nCino platform knowledge an advantage.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and escalate when appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Strong problem-solving.
