The Human Resources Administrator will fulfil a fundamental support role within the Human Resources team, predominantly supporting the Talent Acquisition team.  

Working in a small, fast paced team, this is a role for someone who can ensure how we operate, supports the delivery of recruitment/HR outcomes for EFA. 

Your new role

Location: Sydney
Role Type: Full-time, 18 month FTC

About you

  • Interview scheduling and calendar management
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers to ensure data integrity and enable effective reporting
  • Assist with recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including job boards and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks at any given time
  • Work with the broader HR team and othe Administrators on various HR related tasks
  • Ability to manage HR team expenses and travel
  • Co-ordination of catering and functions

Experience & Skills

  • Confident in managing time sensitive and confidential data with due respect to compliance
  • High attention to detail with a risk and compliance mindset
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience as a Team Assistant, Coordinator, Office Administrator or Recruitment Co-ordinator
  • Experience working in a Recruitment or HR industry environment would be desirable
  • You are a confident communicator across multiple internal and external stakeholder levels with a friendly, professional manner that leaves a great impression
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
  • You are tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
