PGPA Act

We are a corporate Commonwealth entity and are subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) and the rules and other instruments made under it.

The PGPA Act sets out requirements regarding aspects of our corporate governance, reporting and accountability. These requirements are in addition to those in the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Act 1991 (Cth) (EFIC Act).

For more information about the PGPA Act, visit the Department of Finance website.

At Export Finance Australia, we also have a specific authority for investing funds as outlined in the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Investment) Authorisation 2014
